It is recommended that individual questions regarding insurance coverage/plans should go directly to the insurance carrier, however the staff at Kenwood will happily help you in any way possible. Some plans require a referral from the primary care physician and it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain that referral. Patients who come in for an appointment without the required referral will be rescheduled.
